Anita Ding

Anita Ding is the partner of our transaction services practice in Shanghai. She has over fifteen years of mergers and acquisitions as well as auditing experience in China. Anita has extensive experience in M&A advisory and due diligence reviews. Areas of Anita’s major industry experience comprise retail & consumer goods, TMT, LSHC, and manufacturing. Ms. Ding holds a MBA degree from The Strathclyde Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from The University of Shanghai For Science and Technology. She is also a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a member of the China Merger & Acquisition Association.
