Karolyna Schenk

With more than 15 years of experience in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) market, Karolyna Schenk is currently Executive Director and Head of M&A at the TOTVS Group, where she was responsible for all the company’s negotiations in the last 3 years (Ex. , B3, RD Station, Consinco, Gesplan, among others. Has worked in several industries in national and multinational companies (private and listed) in Brazil and in other countries. Graduated in Economics with MBAs in Finance and Executive Management, in addition to training executives at Harvard and Wharton in the US.
