Guilherme Oliveira Arantes

Guilherme is Manager of Intelligence and Regulation of Electric Energy in the Energy Transition and Climate Area at BNDES. At the bank, he has already worked as an engineer at the Industrial and Supply Chain Department, where he participated in the design and implementation of incentive policies for wind and solar energy industries in Brazil. He was Energy Research Analyst at EPE, where he worked on renewable energy studies, focusing on wind, solar and biomass energy; and on the development of integrated resource optimization models for the Brazilian Energy Matrix expansion studies. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering, with an extension in Energy Planning, and a post-graduate degree in Finance.
