Nimrod is dual-qualified in Israel and England and worked at the London office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before co-founding ERM in 2006. Nimrod’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on cross-border and private equity transactions. He is the managing partner of the firm and heads its Corporate, M&A and Private Equity department.
