Gabriella Maranesi Najjar

Gabriella is partner at Vella Pugliese Buosi Guidoni Advogados in the Corporate & Finance practice. Gabriella has nearly 20 years of experience in complex transactions, acting in all kinds of investments, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. She assists clients in numerous corporate and governance matters, with special focus in publicly held entities. She also focuses her practice on project finance and development, corporate finance, trade finance, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, bonds, and note issuances. She graduated in law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC/RJ on 2006, also holds specialization degrees in banking law and in business law (corporate law and capital markets) at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV in 2006 and 2008, respectively.
