He represents foreign and domestic clients and publicly-held companies in local and cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, sale of assets, joint ventures and other corporate transactions involving various segments of the economy. He worked as an international associate at one of the most prestigious law firms of New York in 2010 and 2011. He is graduated in laws at Universidade de São Paulo – USP, and holds an LL.M degree at University of Chicago Law School.
