Débora Yanasse

Débora Yanasse is a partner in the energy and infrastructure practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown. Débora represents clients in the power, oil and gas, and other infrastructure projects in transactional, litigation and arbitration matters in Brazil, Africa and the Middle East. Débora is widely recognised for her regulatory expertise in power and gas matters. She has been involved in high-profile mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, joint ventures, project development, project financing and arbitrations, and is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Energy Law (IBDE).
