Marcos Magnani

Marcos Magnani is a founding partner of Magma since 2010. With over 14 years of experience in financial advisory in M&A, before co-founding Magma worked at other M&A advisory companies such as Planner and Serfinan. He previously worked at Lopes where he participated in IPO transactions, expansion by acquisitions and creation of a joint venture with Banco Itaú, Credipronto. He started his career at Microsoft in the corporate partnerships area and also worked at Moody’s Investor Service in the area of financial analysis of large companies. Marcos holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in 2007, with specializations in Value Investing from Columbia University in 2017 and Digital Transformation: Platform Strategies for Success in 2018 from MIT.
