The M&A Community, in partnership with iDeals, is running a Karting Grand Prix in Madrid and all our NPLs/REOs members are invited.
Spain has the second largest portfolio of non-performing loans (NPLs) in all of Europe, only behind France. Reaching €83.100M during last year, seems it would be one of the most dynamic sectors in Spain this year, expecting to reach €102.000M due to the effects of the pandemic. It could once again consolidate itself as the preferred asset class in private real estate capital.
Maybe you are already an experienced kart racer and think you can beat the professionals. Perhaps you are a total beginner but have always wondered how it felt to be a racing driver. Or you might just want to come and cheer your colleagues on.
The race will take place on Saturday, September 24th at one of the best go-karting tracks in Europe, Carlos Sainz Karting. They have the latest generation of go-karts, equipped with 270cc and 9.5HP engines and all the technical and safety features that money can buy.
The day starts with registration at 10:30 am after which their experts will show you some techniques and give you driving tips before the race proper starts at 11:30 am. All equipment will be provided, so all you need to do is register and come along.
