Alfonso Alcalde

Alfonso Alcalde is an executive director in BTG Pactual’s investment banking division, with more than 16 years of relevant experience in M&A and ECM transactions. Prior to joining BTG Pactual, Mr. Alcalde was an Executive Director in Santander Chile’s Corporate Finance team where he led several M&A transactions in the Power & Renewables, Energy and Financial industries, among others. Mr. Alcalde holds a degree in Business Administration from the PUC and received an MSc in Finance from Boston College.
