Andy Cui (Cui Zhijian) is now Head of Issuer Services China, Capital Market, HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited. He used to work in several foreign financial institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of Nova Scotia, United Overseas Bank and provide one-stop banking services to many large domestic corporates and well-known multinationals. In cross-border M&A field, he supported the completion of over one hundred transactions in the past five years, providing escrow services for different types of transaction e.g. FDI, ODI, overseas equity and debt transfer, accumulated plenty of practical experiences. HSBC China Issuer Services is one of the earliest dedicated teams in China engaging in escrow service. Leveraging on HSBC global network, HSBC Issuer Services has been worked in China for over 15 years, providing safe and efficient tailor-made escrow service to many domestic and foreign enterprises.
