Master in Public Policy from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo and graduated in Business Administration from the same university. With over 20 years of experience in the energy market, he participated in the Wholesale Electricity Market implementation project between 1999 and 2001 and joined CCEE in 2003, working in several areas of the organization. Currently, he holds the position of Executive Manager of Regulation and Training, an area responsible for regulatory issues, development of the Rules and Trading Procedures, and conducting courses for agents and institutions in the sector.
