David is a high-performance boardroom coach. He is an authority on corporate governance and leadership development and works with boards of directors and senior executives as a coach, trainer, advisor and facilitator. He is UK qualified chartered accountant and former CFO.
David’s career has spanned periods of work in Europe, Asia and USA. He coaches senior executives for one of India’s two largest industrial and energy conglomerates, based in Mumbai and has had clients located in Cyprus, France, Hong Kong, India, Luxembourg, Solomon Islands and Thailand.
A non-executive director for more than twenty years, David is a faculty member on the Financial Times Board Director Diploma programme. He has developed a proprietary system for measuring the collective effectiveness of boards called Board Measures®. His thoughts about good to great governance are being published as a coaching manual, entitled ‘Ten Steps to Become a High Performing Board’.
