As an advisor to FTSE, DAX, SMI, NASDAQ, and Private Equity‑backed organisations, Dr. Dembkowski is recognised internationally for shaping how boards think about effectiveness and leadership. Under her guidance, Better Boards—an accredited and ISO‑certified provider—has pioneered a digital platform that makes board evaluations more insightful, rigorous, and easy to deliver.
