Has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance with wide experience in this area, serving companies from various sectors, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Appraisals, Restructurings, Structured Debt, Feasibility Studies, Strategic Planning and Business Plan, Strategic Location Studies, Brand Assessment / Intangible Assets (IFRS), and Studies of Purchase Price Allocation (PPA – IFRS 3).
