Frederik Otto, based in London, advises Chairs, CEOs, and Owners of Family Enterprises and Offices on leadership and ownership through governance reviews, executive assessment, succession planning, and leadership searches.
Frederik is recognised internationally for his expertise in modern board leadership and future preparedness, serving as Chair of the The Sustainability Board (TSB) institute that includes the Centre for Sustainable Family Business. He co-authored over 20 reports, memos, and articles that are widely published and cited including six times in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance.
Frederik also is a member of the Corporate Governance Advisory Committee at Salzburg Global.
