Guilherme Machado is a Director in Deloitte’s Consulting M&A practice with over 15 years of experience in several industries, including Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products, and Technology. During this period, he has led client support to maximize return on deal value for global and regional programs across several functional teams. His experience includes Pre and Post Day 1 Planning, Day 1 Readiness assessment, TSA negotiation, pre-merger synergy analysis, operating model design, and change management of highly complex projects across Latin America, North America and European regions.
Guilherme holds an Executive Master in business from FIA/USP and a Bachelors’s degree from UNICAMP (State University of Campinas).
