Jack Chen

Jack has been working in TSMC R&D department for 21 years in lithography technology development, leading a team with global technologists to develop generations of advanced lithography technologies, including DUV immersion lithography, Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography, and E-beam lithography. Currently, he and his business partners are actively promoting a project to establish China’s own high-end lithography mass production technology.
