Jimmy has nearly 10 years of extensive experience in investment, fund raising, management, and exit, including primary and secondary markets investment and M&A in domestic and overseas , fundraising for case fund and industry-specific fund, bolt-on investment and refinancing, IPO and trade-sale when exit, etc.
As one of the founding team members of Everpine Capital, Jimmy has led and participated in buyout deals such as Jiangyin Jianghua Micro-electronic Materials Co., Ltd. (603078.SH), OMH Science Group Co., Ltd. (300486.SZ), and South Beauty Group. He has also made strategic investments in companies like Salsa Group. He played a crucial role in the localization and business development of MacDuffie School in China, bolt-on investments, as well as the trade-sale exit of MacDuffie. Moreover, he was deeply involved in the fundraising, overseas investment, and localization of the SyberJet Aircraft manufacturing project in both China and the United States.
Jimmy holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Central University of Finance and Economics and has passed several exams of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
