Josefina Yávar Celedón, is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in M&A. She is currently working as a partner at Cuatrecasas specialising in the energy industry in Chile. She is also a Professor of Renewable Energy Projects Development at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
