Karishma Merchant

Karishma is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 20 years of experience in business valuations, focusing on the infrastructure and energy sectors. She co-leads the Infrastructure & Energy valuation practice at Forvis Mazars, managing projects globally across diverse assets like renewables, transport, social infrastructure, and digital infrastructure. Previously, she was Head of Valuation at John Laing and has worked with valuation boutiques, Big Four firms, and financial institutions in London, Hong Kong, and India, gaining deep expertise in both debt and equity financing.
