Kodirjon Norov

Kodirjon Norov, founding partner at Avesta Investment Group, is a professional investor and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in managing and growing businesses in Uzbekistan. After successfully buying, starting and operating companies in various industries such as insurance, outdoor billboards,
publishing, real  estate development and online food delivery, in 2022 he founded Algorithm Capital, Central Asia focused private equity fund. Kodirjon began his career as the interest rate derivatives strategist at Morgan Stanley in New York and London and after that headed the investments division of the National Bank of Uzbekistan. He holds a degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (2000) with concentration in finance and statistics.
