She is CEO from Irís Lab, mentor and Head of relationship at B2Mamy Portugal, where she helps foster communities of entrepreneurship and startups. Lais has worked in multinational innovation for 10 years until becoming mother of Antonio, when she decided to found Íris Lab, a startup that allies technology and primary education, the company mission is to enable children to use screens in a conscious and healthy way with digital technology promoting the development and well-being of children.
