Linda heads the Shanghai Representative Office of Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP. Her areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets, cross-border investment, employment, and insolvency and restructuring. With over 15 years of experience in practice, Linda has been actively involved in various cross-border investment projects relating to China.
Linda was recognised as one of China’s Elite 50 Lawyers at foreign firms by China Business Law Journal in 2018 and has recently been recognised again as one of China’s Elite 100 Lawyers at foreign firms by China Business Law Journal in 2019.
