With more than 16 years of experience in the Spanish Transactions market, specifically for financial stressed and distressed contexts. She has been part of restructuring, insolvency proceedings, distressed M&A and NPLs deals. As PwC´s and Lener´s director, she was involved in advising corporates and investors (listed and not-listed, such as Nyesa, Lehman Brothers, Seguriberica, Reyal Urbis, Habitat, etc) and middle market projects. She has experience in advising across all kind of clients, such as, companies, private equity firms, family offices, SMEs and startups, and also has been in CFO positions, where transactions were important part of the role.
Being passionate about helping businesses to make better financial decisions, she has put together her experience and co-founded an advisory boutique, focused on helping Spanish SME´s, advising on finance raising needs, refinance, fund growth or realise equity value.
