Matt joined SearchOne in 2010 and co-leads the Pre-MBA recruiting practice alongside founder Michael Garmisa. Prior to joining SearchOne, he was an analyst in Baird’s distribution & supply chain technology group. Matt graduated summa cum laude from Hampden-Sydney College with a BA in economics. He also received a MS in Commerce degree from the University of Virginia.
