Chyou Pey Tyng

Ms. Chyou currently acts as a Senior Manager at ENGIE’s Acquisition, Investments and Financial Advisory team. She has almost 10 years of experience in the Power and Energy industry, having worked at Lazard’s New York office in the Power, Energy and Infrastructure investment banking team and later as a Corporate Finance and M&A Manager at Energisa, one of the largest distribution companies in Brazil. Prior to Lazard’s New York position, Ms. Chyou worked in both Santander and Lazard’s offices in São Paulo in the investment banking team leading M&A and DCM deals for several different clients across industries. Ms. Chyou holds a B.A. in Business Administration at FGV São Paulo and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
