Oscar Parra

Oscar is an Associate at Helm Investment Bank (HBI) since 2022. He has five years of experience in M&A and structured finance transactions focused on the renewable energy sector. Prior to joining HBI as an associate, Oscar worked in the structured finance team of Enerfin in Spain, participating in the financing and structuring of renewable energy projects across different geographies. He previously worked as an analyst at HBI. Oscar is an economist and business administrator from Universidad de Los Andes.
