Professional Experience
Paula is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil and has over 24 years of experience in assisting public and private companies access the US and international capital markets, 9 years of those in New York, 5 years in Tokyo and in Brazil since 2012. Paula has extensive experience advising US domestic and foreign multinational companies on US GAAP, IFRS and SEC and PCAOB reporting matters in connection with IPOs and other capital raising activities, as well as providing advise on accounting issues and ongoing regulatory reporting requirements in various jurisdictions.
Education
Paula is a Certified Public Accountant in her home country, Argentina. Her education also includes a Bachelors in Business Administration. She is fluent in Japanese, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
