Mr. Rafael is Graduated in Civil Engineering with MSc in Water Resources, and DSc in Systems Engineering. He joined PSR in 1997 and is currently Executive Director and general coordinator of the Decarbonization, ESG, and Water Resources areas of the company.
He was Director of the Brazilian Association of Water Resources and has worked on energy planning and market studies in several countries on all continents; on the development of computer models; and on R&D and innovation projects.
