Certified Board Member, holder of a Master’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Controllership, with undergraduate degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, and Theological Studies.
Over 35 years of professional experience, beginning his career at Arthur Andersen and working in the fields of Audit, Business Consulting, Governance, Risk, & Compliance. He was a founding director of Protiviti Brazil and is currently a partner at Parker Russell Consulting, focusing on governance, risk, and compliance work.
He currently serves on the Supervisory Board of FJLS (Sabará Hospital / PENSI Institute), the Audit Committee of SPTrans, and the Supervisory Board of the Morumbi Baptist Church.
He teaches postgraduate and MBA courses covering corporate governance, risk management, ethics, compliance, and internal controls.
