Prior to joining RBI’s Energy M&A team, Roman worked at ContourGlobal’s M&A and Business Development department as well as at UniCredit’s CEE Corporate Finance Advisory team in Vienna. Roman is a seasoned M&A banker involved in most major energy transactions with a focus on RES in Austria and the CEE region, including assets under government-backed CfD schemes.
