Ruifen Xu

Ruifen Xu has more than 20 years’ experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate Investment, Corporate Finance, and Merge & Acquisition. Currently, she is a founding partner of RIC Capital Management which is an Asia Family Office and now she mainly focuses on the venture capital investment for more than 50 projects & portfolios and investment banking in private equity, venture capital, and merge & acquisition. She was a global alternative investment manager for Dow Chemical Corporate Pension Fund, mainly focusing on the alternative investment in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Real Estate. She managed more than 30 projects and portfolios such as Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and so on. She used to work for several international corporations such as Lucent Technologies, AstraZeneca, Trane, and INTEGRATA. She graduated from Columbia University for MS in Real Estate and MS in Computer Science. She is a board director of Columbia University Shanghai Alumni Association. She got the “2016 Best Young Investor in China” Award from the National Association of equity investment and the “2017 Angel Investor” Award from the Haitian Angel Investment Association.
