Sebastian Leyton P.

Sebastián is a leading partner in Cuatrecasas energy practice in Santiago. He has worked for more than 13 years on energy-related matters, including regulatory issues and project development such as PPAs, EPCs, O&Ms, connection contracts and supply tenders. Previously he was the Head of Law at the Superintendencia de Electricidad y Combustibles, the Chilean energy industry regulator, an international associate at Milbank LLP and a senior associate at another Chilean law firm. He is a lawyer from the University of Chile and holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
