Sherzod Yunusov

Sherzod is a dual-qualified lawyer (Uzbekistan and New York) with over 13 years of legal experience working in the UK, US, and Uzbekistan on cross-border transactions in emerging markets (particularly in Eastern Europe and Central Asia) with a focus on M&A, energy and infrastructure projects. Sherzod has a background from a London-based multilateral developmental bank, handling various legal aspects of the bank’s debt and equity finance transactions in emerging markets. Sherzod holds an LLM degree from Duke Law School where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar and an LLB degree from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
