Tiago Eler has extensive experience in cross-border and local M&A transactions, both in the buy-side and sell-side, in various segments, building a notable reputation advising private equity funds and strategic players in major deals in Latin America. In recent years, Eler has been one of the most active counsels in the healthcare sector in Brazil, advising transformational deals in the industry. His practice also includes advice on general corporate law, complex corporate reorganizations and corporate governance. He holds an LL.B. degree from the Universidade de Minas Gerais (2010), an LL.M. degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2012) and worked as a foreign associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP (2019-2020).
