Wilson Ren joined RFE Investment Partners as a Vice President in 2022. At RFE, he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio company strategy and growth initiatives.
He began his career in 2013 as an Investment Banking Analyst at Robert W. Baird, working on M&A and financing transactions. He later held investment roles at HKW, LFM Capital, and TZP Group, where he focused on deal execution, portfolio management, and thesis development across the health & wellness, business services, manufacturing, industrial, and consumer sectors.
