Xudong Tao

Mr. Tao has over 20 years of experience practicing law in the PRC. This includes six years working at a local law firm in Shandong Province, PRC with a focus on commercial dispute resolution. He also spent one year as in-house counsel for a Shanghai-based state-owned investment company, before joining JunHe in 2001. For the first nine months of 2005 he worked as a visiting lawyer at the Hong Kong and London offices of a UK-based international firm. At JunHe, Mr. Tao focuses on the formation and restructuring of various types of companies and private equity funds, as well as domestic and cross-border private equity financing deals. He also has experience in domestic and overseas initial public offerings by Chinese companies and other related capital market activities, as well as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
