Yu Gao

Yu has 12 years of healthcare experience as a private equity investor, an investment banker, and a management consultant. Yu is now the CFO of New Horizon Health, a cancer screening biotech company. At FountainVest Partners, Yu focused on growth-stage and late-stage healthcare investment opportunities in China, the US, and European markets across life science, medical device and healthcare service sectors. Previously, Yu worked as an investment banker at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch (New York) with transactional experience in IPO, M&A, hostile defense, leverage finance, and public company spin-offs for healthcare companies. Yu also worked as a management consultant at ZS Associates (New York) with experience in commercial due diligence, market research and sales force integration for Pharma and medical device companies.
