Penny is a Director of Deloitte M&A Transaction Services practice in Shanghai. She has approximately 15 years’ professional experience in M&A advisory and due diligence assistance in both mainland China and overseas. Prior to joining Deloitte, Penny worked in Deloitte Australia M&A team, based in Sydney.
Penny has assisted mostly Private Equity funds and MNCs in relation to their acquisitions and equity investment. She has supported her clients on over a hundred transactions with due diligence, negotiation support, purchase agreement advisory and post-closing assistance in various industries.
Penny graduated from AGSM (UNSW), an Australia leading business school with a degree in Master of Business Administration. She was also selected to complete an exchange semester with Kellogg School of Management in the United States. Before that, she received her bachelor’s degree in Economics in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Penny is a Member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountant. She is also a Member of CPA Australia.
