Leo Williams

Leo Williams joined SEAF as Managing Director for the SEAF Caribbean SME Growth Fund. Prior to SEAF, he founded Williams & Associates, an investment advisory firm focused on attracting capital to Jamaica and the wider Caribbean region. Leo is a former Director and International Business Development Manager of Jamaica Money Market Brokers Ltd, and a former Director of the Jamaican Stock Exchange.  He has also led several divisions within General Electric USA and Spain and served as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. He holds a BSc in Engineering from Princeton University, an MSc in Engineering and a Master’s in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
