Duarte is the CBRE Hotels specialist in Portugal, mainly focused on hotel transactions, from large single assets to cross-border portfolios, but accumulating other responsibilities in advisory and valuation services.
Duarte works in Portugal, in close collaboration with the Iberian and cross-boarder teams, to ensure every mandate is given full international exposure through the extensive CBRE network. With CBRE’s extensive reach of investor contacts, built up with over decades of experience, Duarte is uniquely placed in today’s evolving market and maintains a constant connection with the global investor community.
Underlying his experience, Duarte achieved a BSc degree in Management from the NOVA School of Business and economics of Portugal in 2009, and was awarded a MSc in Finance, from the same University, in 2011. Since then, he has worked mainly in strategic consulting, with experience at reputable consulting firms as Deloitte and Roland Berger, and developing several projects within the tourism and transportations industries.
Duarte has joined CBRE Hotels in September 2017, launching the company’s activity in this country.
