Fabio holds Masters of Business Administration degree, with distinction, from Hult International Business School
(Boston, Shanghai, London). He advises clients on integrations and divestitures. Fabio brings to clients an extensive international experience carrying out 40+ complex transactions comprising over 50 countries. His areas of expertise build over 14 years working with M&A include carve-outs, spin‐offs, divestitures, integrations, joint-ventures, operating models design, synergy identification stand‐alone cost analysis and complex PMO. Fabio joined EY in 2011 in the US and later transferred to Brazil. Prior to joining the firm, Fabio worked as corporate development for one of world’s largest steelmaker. He led integration projects across Latin America, North America and Europe and several process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
