Kenneth Koo , Managing Director of Orient Securities Investment Banking Co.,Ltd., in charge of Cross-border Business Department. Mr. Koo served as Managing Director of the Citi Asia Board Chairperson’s Office and head of Asia Pacific strategic M&A. He led Citi’s efforts to expand the group’s business through investment and acquisitions and post-investment integration in Asia Pacific. Prior to that, Mr. Koo worked in Goldman Sachs for 7 years, engaging in M&A, equity and bonds in New York and Hong Kong. And he has worked for a law firm in financing, debt and corporate restructuring in New York. Mr. Koo holds a doctorate and has 23 years of experience in investment banking. He has provided transaction advisory service to companies in various industries in the US, Europe and Asia, including Legend Holdings Corporation Ltd., Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China Ltd., Sinotrans Ltd., MTR Corporation Ltd., Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Ltd., Hopewell Holdings Ltd., etc. Benefit from his family, Mr. Koo has a deep understanding of Brazilian society and culture and has abundant social resources there.
