Michael has over 20 years of profound working experience in accounting, finance, and business, and has worked across Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, and Melbourne.
Michael is specialized in providing cross-border M&A transaction-related services with a focus on financial due diligence, valuation, SPA review, and negotiation support.
Michael established Deloitte’s valuation and modeling business in Eastern China. He was the national leader of Deloitte China’s valuation and modeling services from 2015 to 2019 and is the Northern Region leader of the Financial Advisory function since 2019.
