Steve is the Head of Corporate M&A – EMEA at PWC, as such he specializes in growing companies through acquisitions, with a background in both healthcare and the professional services industry. Since 2013, he has been leading a team responsible for assessing and managing all acquisition projects for PwC member firms across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
His scope of work includes identifying potential acquisition targets, overseeing due diligence and purchase agreements, and integrating the acquired companies into PwC. Annually, his team evaluates around 200 companies, negotiating about 50 non-disclosure agreements, and extends roughly 20 purchase offers.
