Vasco Rodrigues is a principal associate in the Banking and Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions practice areas of Garrigues Portugal. Vasco Rodrigues has been developing his activity mainly within the areas of Banking and Financing, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets and has considerable experience in the acquisition and sale of companies, corporate finance, both in the context of financing agreements and bond issues, as well as in the acquisition and sale of non-performing loans portfolios. In these transactions Vasco has advised both national and international clients.  Before joining Garrigues, Vasco was a lawyer at CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut between 2004 and 2016.
